Refund Policy

At Kalinga Taxi, we aim to deliver a smooth and reliable ride experience. However, if an issue arises, our refund policy is designed to ensure fairness to both passengers and drivers.

1. Eligibility for Refund
  • Refunds are only applicable for completed payments where service was not delivered as expected.
  • Eligible cases may include ride cancellation due to driver no-show or technical failures on our part.
  • Late arrival or rerouting caused by the passenger or third-party conditions does not qualify for a refund.
2. Cancellation Charges
  • Cancellations made by the user after driver dispatch may be subject to cancellation fees.
  • No cancellation fee is charged if a ride is canceled within the free cancellation window (usually 2–3 minutes).
3. Refund Process
  • To request a refund, users must contact our support within 24 hours of the ride.
  • All refund requests are reviewed case-by-case by our support team.
  • Approved refunds will be credited back
